2. What data we collect
This website has no forms, user accounts, tracking cookies or analytics tools. We only process the data you choose to send us by email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Facebook: your name, email or phone number, the company you represent and the content of your message (for example, a job opening or a project description). We do not collect sensitive data.
3. How we use it
Necessary purposes: replying to your message, following up on the job opening or project you share, preparing quotes and, where applicable, entering into and performing a services agreement. Secondary purpose: sending you news about MexaByte products, only with your express consent; you may opt out by writing to mexabyte.app@gmail.com without affecting our service.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Messages are received through third-party services (Google for email, Meta for WhatsApp and Facebook, LinkedIn) under their own policies. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may log technical connection data (such as IP address) for security.
5. Retention
We keep your messages only as long as needed to handle your request and, if there is an employment or services relationship, for the period required by law. Then we delete them.
6. Your rights
You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to mexabyte.app@gmail.com with your name, how you contacted us and your request. We reply within 20 business days.
7. Changes
Any change to this notice will be published on this page with its update date.
